• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

• 1 cup panko bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a separate shallow bowl, add the panko bread crumbs.
  4. Dip each avocado wedge in the flour mixture, then into the panko bread crumbs and place on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden-brown and crispy.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Notes:

For extra crunch, you can double-dip the avocado wedges in the flour and panko bread crumbs. Additionally, you can substitute the panko bread crumbs for regular bread crumbs or crushed crackers for a different texture.
