• 1 cup oats

• 2 ripe bananas

• 1 teaspoon baking powder

• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

• 2 tablespoons maple syrup

• 1 cup almond milk

• 1 tablespoon coconut oil

• 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the oats, bananas, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup. Blend until a smooth batter is formed.
  2. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Grease the pan lightly with coconut oil.
  3. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan for each pancake. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side, flipping when the pancakes are lightly golden.
